コールバック認証に関して

• • コールバック認証について教えてください。

• • コールバック認証は、企業実在証明書において必須の審査になりました。
    手順は以下の流れの通りになります。 
    以下の内容のメールが証明書の発行先担当者様に送信されます。受信されたら、６桁の確認暗証番号を取得して完了します。
  • 「“email verification code”:」認証後の日本語による認証局のマニュアルコールバックが可能になりました。それにより、下記の6桁の番号をマニュアルコールバックにより日本語にてお伝えできます。自動音声ではうまくできないといったお客様は、お手数ですが、弊社まで日本語マニュアルコールバックという内容で、ご依頼下さい。

    上記メールはテキストメール表示の場合になります。
    ※「“email verification code”:」がブランクの場合には、弊社までご連絡下さい。その際は、再送させて頂きます。

    そして、「In order to review this phone number and initiate the callback please click here」のクリックしてウェブページが表示されます。

     

• • 「email verification code」を入力します。

• • 内線番号がある場合には、「Please provide your extension number (optional)」に内線番号を入力します。
    「Please select language for callback」で「Japanese」を選択します。

• • 「Call me now.」をクリックすると、しばらくして記載されている代表の番号に自動音声の電話が掛かります。
    ガイダンスに従い、「確認暗証番号」を取得します。
    ６桁の確認暗証番号を取得できたら、「Callback Varification Code」に入力します。
    ※、操作を誤った場合には、「email verification code」を入力からやりなおしてください。

• 確認番号に成功すると完了となります。
